Body Checkup – How Body Aware are You?

Welcome to the Body Checkup, this is one of a series of three quizzes to help you do a checkup on how in-tune you are with your mind, body, and spirit.  We highly encourage answering these questions truthfully, no one sees the results but you, unless you want to share them via social media.  Our comprehensive quizzes and our wholeness coaches can help you tune up your body, mind, and spirit health.  We highly suggest revisiting this quiz at least once a quarter for a check-in and reminder to do your mind, body, and spirit good!

How in tune are you with your body when it is telling you something is right or wrong for you?  You know, that feeling in your “gut” you are moving in the wrong, or right direction.  That feeling like your heart is about to burst with joy with you are in certain places, with certain people, etc.  Do the hairs stand up on the back of your neck in certain situations?  Do you get goosebumps in anticipation?  Do you have a deep sigh of joy or relief? How often do you get in tune with what you feel in your body in connection with your surroundings?  Do you know how to tap back into those awareness points when you need that particular energy such as calmness by remembering how you breathe in your most relaxed state?

Take our quiz and if you would like, contact us and one of our wholeness coaches will help you with tips on how to lead a more mindful life.  Your answers will range from always, sometimes, and rarely, always should be chosen if it represents what you would do at least 90% of the time, sometimes if it represents what you would do at least 50 to 60% of the time, and rarely if it represents what you are least likely to do on any given question.
