Mind Checkup – How Mindful Are You?

Welcome to the Mind Checkup, this is one of a series of three quizzes to help you do a checkup on how in-tune you are with your mind, body, and spirit.  We highly encourage answering these questions truthfully, no one sees the results but you, unless you want to share them via social media, or follow up with us about your results.  Our comprehensive quizzes and our coaches can help you tune up your body, mind, and spirit health.  We highly suggest revisiting this quiz at least once a quarter for check-ins and reminders to do your mind, body, and spirit good!

Your answers will range from always, sometimes, and rarely, always should be chosen if it represents what you would do at least 90% of the time, sometimes if it represents what you would do at least 50 to 60% of the time, and rarely if it represents what you are least likely to do on any given question.
